This weeks quote came from a friend who is doing amazingly well in everything he does, which is why we decided to make it quote of the week. Anything you want to do, you can do it but whats the point of doing something if you are not going to put in 100%? Whatever you are doing, you should do with a positive attitude and 100% effort so you can get the most out of it.
